Menthol Crystal is a white crystalline substance with a
characteristic pungent odor. It is derived from the natural
oil of the Peppermint herb Mentha Piperita. Basically
Menthol Crystals are used as raw material in preparation of
medicines, pharmaceutical formulas, confectionery products,
herbal products, candy and chewing gums, cosmetics, pain
balms, tooth paste & oral products etc.
It is used for the purpose of preservation, getting flavor,
freshness and cool sensation. Now a day’s menthol has become

The crop of Mentha Piperita is being cultivated in the
countries of India, China and upped some
extend in Brazil and USA. India is the largest producer of

Gangyal, Jammu Tawi. The plant is based on
eco-friendly norms and is free from air and
liquid pollution.

At Alpha Menthol we believe that crystallization is

finest and purest of crystals, we start our quality control
from the very first stage of our manufacturing process. We
take our Menthol through the process of multi purification.
A unique process that gives us extra white shining diamond
like chips that are completely dry. And hence longer
lasting. The sizes of the crystals produced vary and are
graded by a sieving machine from Large (Bold) to Small
(Medium/Rice/Fine), before the final packaging.
Along
with menthol crystals we also produce dementholised
peppermint oil as by-product. This can be
natural/rectified/Terpeless as per customer specifications.
